Class Placement

Each instructor will use the first 4 weeks of class to evaluate your child’s level and progress. If the instructor feels a student has been incorrectly placed in a class too high or too low for their ability, the director and instructor will discuss with the parent which class would be the best for the success and growth of that student.

Missed Classes

Students who miss class may make up the class in another similar class anytime within 2 weeks of the date of the class missed. Students or parents must inform the teacher of the day and time they plan to makeup the class prior to attending.

Class Withdrawal

The studio director must be notified in writing, by filling out a Class Withdrawal Form, in order to avoid being billed for classes not attended. Parents remain responsible for tuition payment for classes prior to notifying the director of withdrawal regardless of their child’s attendance. Tuition is NON REFUNDABLE but may be transferable.
